Shipping, returns and policies

Shipping

We deliver within Malaysia.
West Malaysia: RM6 per order. Free delivery on orders over RM80.
East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan): RM12 per order. Free delivery on orders over RM150.
Orders of exactly RM80 (West Malaysia) or RM150 (East Malaysia) still have a delivery fee.
Estimated delivery after payment confirmation: 3–5 business days for West Malaysia and 5–7 business days for East Malaysia.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery may take longer during peak periods, to remote areas, or due to courier delays. Delivery times are estimates.
Delivery fees are shown at checkout.
We will email you when your order is on its way.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, taste preferences, or because your personal experience does not meet your expectations.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange an exchange for the correct product.

We do not offer refunds under this policy except where required by law. This policy, including the 7-day reporting period, does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Night Dream is a food supplement, not a medicine. For ages 4 and above.
Prices are in Malaysian ringgit (RM). Delivery charges and the total payable are shown at checkout.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition or take medication, please check with your doctor first.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
